About Us
Happy Tails Family
Back in 2106, two lifelong dog lovers Glenn and Rodger decided they didn't want their own dogs spending long days cooped up at home anymore. But after visiting several dog day care centres, they realised many were poorly managed and simply not good enough for the dogs they loved.
So, they set out to do something different and Happy Tails Doggy Day Care was born. Their goal was simple: to create a place where dogs could play, socialise, and relax in a safe, caring environment.
Today, Happy Tails proudly provides trusted dog day care in Sevenoaks, parts of Orpington, Tonbridge, Edenbridge and the surreounding areas.
What makes us different is our unwavering focus on the dogs. We make multiple pick-up and drop-off trips each day so no dog spends too long in the van. On-site, our team members care for a maximum of 8 dogs each to ensure every pup receives the attention they deserve. Every decision we make is for the comfort, safety and happiness of the dogs in our care.
Our dedicated team loves seeing puppies grow into confident, sociable dogs and we'd love to welcome your into the Happy Tails Family.
He's the founder of Happy Tails! Without his hard work and dedication, the Happy Tails family wouldn't be what it is today. He's the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, Poppy and Buzz's chief go-to ball thrower, and Darwin's best friend. We asked him to pick a favourite dog breed… but he just couldn't choose.
Floss is our Centre Manager and a Director for Happy Tails and is busy making sure everything runs smoothly on and off site! She's the friendly voice behind our calls and emails, handling bookings and welcoming new owners with care and kindness. Her favourite dog breeds are Cockapoos and Golden Retrievers.
Hajni is our newly appointed Director and Fleet Manager! When she's not out picking up the dogs, she's behind the scenes keeping our vans in top shape and planning routes to make sure each day runs smoothly. Her favourite thing about working at Happy Tails is seeing how much joy we bring to the dogs – and how much they bring to us in return.
She's one of our full-time field colleagues and relief drivers. When Floss isn't on site, Chloe's the one keeping things running smoothly! What she loves most about working at Happy Tails is the amazing variety of dogs and the stress-free, tail-wagging environment! Her favourite breed? Spaniels.
Libby is a full-time field colleague who's always on site, getting stuck in with all jobs and making sure the dogs are safe, active and happy! Her favourite part of working at Happy Tails is spending time outdoors with the dogs every day. When she's not on site, you'll find her at home training her rescue dog, Ava.
Holly is one of our full-time drivers, whizzing around in the vans picking up all the pups for a fun day ahead! Her favourite thing about working at Happy Tails is how much entertainment there is for the dogs on site and being part of an amazing team! Her favourite dog breeds are Labradors and Spaniels. When she's not on site, Holly's usually jetting off to explore somewhere new around the world!
Sophie is one of our full-time field colleagues and a relief driver, always ready to step in with a smile! Outside of work, she's passionate about professional wrestling and spends her Fridays and weekends in the ring. Her favourite dog breeds are Staffys and Bulldogs.
Louise is one of our full-time drivers, out in the van each day picking up the dogs and bringing them in for a fun time on site! When she's not on site, you'll usually find her spending time with her horses, Louise's other passion outside of dogs! Her favourite dog breed is Spaniels!
Hannah is a full-time field colleague and driver. If she's not out on the road picking up pups, you'll find her on site giving them plenty of cuddles! Her favourite thing about working at Happy Tails is spending the day playing with all the dogs. Her favourite dog breeds are all the big doggies and whippets too.
Shannon is our social media expert here at Happy Tails, bringing all the cuteness straight to your feeds! From fun behind-the-scenes clips to our Happy Tails Podcast: Off the Leash, she's the creative mind making sure our daycare dogs shine online. Her favourite dog breed is Shih Tzus small in size, but big in personality!
Tina has been with Happy Tails since the very beginning, supporting Glenn every step of the way. Behind the scenes she always has the best advice and is the sensible voice who keeps Glenn's wilder ideas in check (like turning a field into a doggy water park!). She loves anything small and cuddly, but couldn't possibly pick a favourite breed.
